An Information Evening for our October production will be held on Wednesday 3rd July @ 7.00pm at the Adare Uniting Church Hall Victor Harbor.
This full-length play is an award-winning Australian drama with a cast of four Females and four Males (see Character details below).
Auditions will then be held on Sunday 7th July from 11am at SCCAS Club Rooms. Anyone interested in auditioning will need to book a specific time either at the Information Evening or by contacting Danielle directly.
MARGE MORRISEY - 57 Teacher, divorced mother of four adult children. She had a holiday house in Sorrento, where she goes every weekend.
DICK BENNET - 43 Editor of The Australian Voice. He has been friends with Marge for over 20 years. He is a regular visitor to her holiday house.
HILARY MOYNIHAN - 43 Eldest of the Moynihan sisters. She lives in Sorrento in the family home, with her father and teenage son. Her husband was killed in a car accident. She owns a small gourmet deli in town.
WAL MOYNIHAN - 69 Father to Hilary, Pippa and Meg. He is now retired, having been the proprietor of the local garage. His family have been in the town for generations.
TROY MOYNIHAN - 16 Hilary's son. His father died when he was six.
EDWIN BATES - 45 An Englishman married to Med. He is a partner in a successful publishing firm in London.
MEG MOYNIHAN - 40 The middle sister. She is a novelist and expatriate who has lived in London for ten years. Her second novel has just been nominated for the Booker Prize.
PIPPA MOYNIHAN - 35 The youngest sister. She currently lives in New York. She is well travelled and works as a highly paid advertising executive.
